My love for yoga and deep immersion in it, along with applying its beneficial effects in everyday life, has become a passion for me. This passion led me to the path of teaching yoga.
ABOUT ME
Through my classes, I aim to allow anyone to experience their own physical and mental rejuvenation, personal growth, and I want them to feel more confident, healthier, and more beautiful through yoga.
For me, yoga is synonymous with harmony. It's about a healthy lifestyle, mindfulness, paying attention to ourselves and others, and being at peace with the whole world.
